Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our retail team in the United States. You will be the heart of the store operations, guiding staff, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will manage daily store activities, uphold brand standards, and ensure a fun, inclusive environment for employees and customers alike. As a key leader, you will coordinate training, scheduling, and performance checks while supporting store performance metrics and inventory

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal communication in a professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and develop store associates through Lids training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline up to written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including handling peak staffing needs and store operations.
• Contribute to recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Support execution of selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver great customer service.
