Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Step in as acting store leader in Store Manager’s absence.
• Support recruiting, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities.
• Maintain customer service excellence per company manuals.
• Promote and sell Hibbett services and merchandise.
