JACK & JONES is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pottstown, PA to support the Store Manager and lead a team of 7–15 colleagues on the sales floor. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a high-volume environment.

You’ll manage daily store operations, participate in recruiting and training, and uphold brand standards while working in a fast-paced retail setting with growth opportunities within a global company.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Commercially aware and eager to learn.
• Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and retail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues.
• Drive sales performance and customer experience by modeling excellent service.
• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow.
• Recruitment support: interviews and onboarding; contribute to building internal talent.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
