JACK & JONES is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Deer Park, NY to support the Store Manager in leading a fast-paced store and developing a high-performing team. You will coach 7-15 colleagues, deliver strong customer experiences, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

With 1–3+ years in retail leadership, you will contribute to growth, participate in recruitment, and help implement training programs as the brand expands in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Drive key KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual standards.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and developing team members.
• Ensure compliance, loss prevention, safety and store execution.
