Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pottstown, PA to support the Store Manager and lead a team of 7–15 colleagues on the sales floor. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a high-volume environment.

You’ll manage daily store operations, participate in recruiting and training, and uphold brand standards while working in a fast-paced retail setting with growth opportunities within a global company.

• 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role.

We’re looking for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving results, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Leadership & Team Support

- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues

- Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor

- Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture

- Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Commercial Performance & Sales

- Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT

- Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors

- Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results

- Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards

Operations & Store Execution

- Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow

- Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures

- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment

Recruitment & Team Development

- Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding

- Help train and develop team members

- Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

- Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy

- Maintain Health & Safety standards

WHO YOU ARE:

- 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role

- Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience

- Strong communication and coaching skills

- Commercially aware and eager to learn

- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about fashion and retail
