You’ll oversee daily operations, coach colleagues, and participate in recruiting and training activities while aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 7–15 colleagues with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store staff.
• Ensure compliance, loss prevention, safety, and store standards.
