Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Leads by example in delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships.
• Monitors floor activity, coaches associates, and handles customer concerns promptly.
• Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team growth.
• Supports scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Oversees daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and policy compliance.
