Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store’s daily operations, driving exceptional customer experiences and premium retail standards.
• Own overall store performance: sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and execution of initiatives.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team, conduct regular performance reviews, and build future leaders.
• Ensure scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention align with POP MART’s policies.
• Execute visual merchandising, campaigns, and seasonal floor sets to support business goals.
• Represent POP MART in the local community and coordinate with cross-functional teams on events and store openings.
