POP MART in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and uphold POP MART’s premium brand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, merchandising, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention while engaging with collectors and supporting product launches, events, and store openings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued

Responsibilities
