Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, supervise team activities, and drive store performance. You will help manage schedules, execute action plans, and identify training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment with a starting wage of $26.00 per hour and potential increase to $27.00 after year two. Expect 38 hours per week across full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age to be employed in this role at ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.

• Identify training opportunities for direct reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Address customer concerns in absence of direct leader.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and ergonomic standards.
