Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role drives growth by leading sales, operations, and team development across the store.

As a store leader, you will coach and motivate staff, manage performance, and ensure payroll targets are met while maintaining an engaging, safe, and attractive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Managers role experience in retail preferred.
• Strong customer-first selling culture and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute on ops.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase product story.
