FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a retail pawn environment. You will lead store activities alongside the Store Manager, drive sales, and develop associates to meet performance goals.

You will earn hourly pay plus commission, with eligibility for earned wage access, vacation, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan. This role emphasizes customer care, asset protection, and profitability within a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends).
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with jewelry and general merchandise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Store Manager.
• Train pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit and retain top talent.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and asset protection.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Drive profitability and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
