Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and develop staff. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, managing loans and inventory, and upholding company standards.

We offer a commission-based incentive on transactions, in addition to hourly pay, with opportunities to advance and support a high-energy sales environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ in WA.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience required; strong customer service skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and energetic sales attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to become certified to handle firearms if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers or Sales & Loan Associates to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
