FirstCash Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment. You'll partner with the Store Manager to lead staff, recruit talent, and drive customer satisfaction while managing daily operations, cash handling, loans, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and supervise others.
• Requires ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection via inventory control and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting systems.
• Drive profitability through financial statement analysis and goal setting.
• Maintain FirstCash standards in all operating procedures.
• Monitor loan qualifications and ensure loan integrity.
