The role includes coaching Pawnbrokers, managing cash and loans, and ensuring asset protection and strong store performance. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $18.50–$21.00 plus commission and performance bonuses, with a benefits package and earned wage access.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management or 3rd key experience in retail.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and supervise others.
