FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop staff, and promote a customer-centric, profitable environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive financial goals, manage loans, inventory, and store presentation while ensuring adherence to FirstCash standards. You will analyze store financials, participate in asset protection, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, lifting, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must supervise others effectively.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Mansioni

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to resolve issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Protect assets via inventory control and safety procedures.
• Handle inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
