Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive growth and be a brand ambassador who thrives on connecting with customers and leading a high-performing team.

You will coach, train and motivate associates, manage operations, and ensure the store delivers on sales and brand standards while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals for associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and tell the product story.
• Perform opening/closing routines and payroll staffing to ensure coverage.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and associates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
