Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to growth across the store, act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, and lead execution of store standards and sales initiatives.

The role focuses on coaching teams, meeting payroll targets through effective scheduling, and modeling selling behaviors rooted in brand values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead responsibilities as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and improve results.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and stock reception.
