You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure the store operates efficiently. This role demands strong leadership and a passion for collectibles and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver top-tier customer engagement.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads; drive performance.
• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, safety, loss prevention.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and cycle counts.
• Support onboarding, training, and scheduling.
