POP MART in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving financial performance.

You will develop teams, manage store operations, and execute visual merchandising and marketing initiatives to reflect POP MART’s premium brand. The role requires 3+ years in retail management and a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong retail KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with visual merchandising and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in designer toys and pop culture a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, units per transaction, average transaction value, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-first culture.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and store operations.
• Maintain a visually compelling store environment and ensure brand standards.
• Represent POP MART in community and events, and support store openings.
