Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized service and learn guest needs to drive sales.
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plans and controlling costs.
• Coach and train team members on selling skills and store procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge across broad apparel lines.
