DXL Group is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager who thrives on customer service and coaching. You will help ensure the store meets sales goals, manage service quality, inventory control and risk, and act as a product knowledge expert across a broad apparel range.

You will build a high-performing sales team, provide ongoing training, and support operations in a fast-paced environment while traveling to neighboring stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build guest relationships.
• Assist Store Manager to meet sales plans while watching service, inventory and costs.
• Provide product knowledge across private labels, name brands and tailored clothing.
• Coach and train team on selling skills, behaviors and store processes.
