You will support the Store Manager to hit sales plans, manage operations, and act as a product knowledge expert across a broad range of apparel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, a plus.
• 1 year of experience in an Assistant Store Manager role.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by spending quality time, learning about their needs and lifestyle.
• Assist Store Manager to meet sales plans while monitoring customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk.
• Serve as product knowledge expert with a broad range of apparel, including private labels and brands.
