• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time business decisions.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and an organized sales floor.
• Understand loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Lead/rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain cross-area experience.
• Support omni-channel efforts through promotion of our Apps and Social campaigns.
