Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. seeks seasonal Sales Associates in Sevierville, TN to deliver exceptional customer service and drive seasonal sales.

You’ll help keep the store clean and organized, support daily operations, and assist with stock duties when needed, especially during peak summer and holiday periods. You’ll work front and back of store, handle POS and payments, and fulfill omni-channel requests through UA’s digital experience, all while joining a high-energy team that values teamwork and growth

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods.
• Willing to learn technology (computers, handheld devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store and assist front/back of house.
• Work POS and handle payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
