Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Sevierville, TN. You will support store leadership to drive sales, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Partner with store leadership to drive sales and a strong culture.
• Support a team selling environment and staff coaching.
• Participate in all areas of store recruitment.
• Teach, coach and train store associates within an established timeframe.
• Assist in creating achievable, high goals and ensure staffing aligns with store goals.
• Responsible for employee relations in absence of Store Manager.
• Participate in P&L analysis and decision making.
• Lead change and champion company initiatives.
• Ensure proper merchandising per company directive.
• Maintain safety and security for staff and customers.
