Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales goals are met.
• Coach and train Sales Associates to maintain brand standards.
• Recruit and backfill for store roles and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive collaborative selling culture and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and visual merchandising per guidelines.
