IT’SUGAR LLC is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Austin. You’ll oversee store operations, drive sales, and coach staff to meet performance targets while upholding IT’SUGAR’s playful brand.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, flexibility in scheduling, and strong cash handling and customer service skills to deliver a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and train sales associates to ensure performance.
• Maintain cash handling records and opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, merchandising and promotions.
• Ensure customer engagement and brand standards are maintained.
