IT’SUGAR in New York seeks a dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold our vibrant brand standard. You will coach sales associates, manage cash handling, and ensure delightful customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail with prior leadership, flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends, and a hands-on approach to inventory, merchandising, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years retail experience, with prior management preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales goals.
• Coach and train Sales Associates and maintain brand standards.
• Recruit and backfill for open positions as needed.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and displays.
• Follow LP and safety guidelines and ensure store appearance.
