Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, recruit and develop staff, and maximize customer satisfaction and store profitability.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $20.00 plus commission on productivity and a performance bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k eligibility, plus earned wage access and paid time off after tenure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule incl. weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff; drive customer satisfaction.
• Open/close store and protect assets; manage cash handling.
• Monitor inventory, loans, and merchandising; ensure store standards.
• Analyze store financials to drive profitability.
