FirstCash Holdings Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin, TX. The role leads daily store operations, supports the Store Manager, and drives sales through superior customer service and team development.

Earn hourly pay plus commission with performance bonuses. Benefits include healthcare options, paid vacation, and 401k offerings. Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule and handle physical duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and lead teams.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training pawnbrokers to meet company standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash drawers, protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through proper inventory control and procedures.
• Manage store processes including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability through financial statement review and goal setting.
• Supervise in-store standards and loan qualification processes.
• Communicate clearly with staff to align with store mission.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
