You will partner with the Store Manager to train pawnbrokers, recruit top talent, and drive customer satisfaction while safeguarding assets and achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months management/3rd key experience.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide a helpful, professional experience.
• Train pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, manage cash and assets.
• Protect assets via inventory control and loan management.
• Collaborate on store operations and reporting.
• Drive profitability through goal setting.
• Maintain FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes.
• Communicate store mission and objectives effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent.
• Other duties as assigned.
