Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Austin area. This role supports the Store Manager, leads staff, drives sales, and maintains a customer-centric environment.

You will analyze store performance, manage loans, and oversee inventory while promoting asset protection and excellent customer service. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour with additional commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff, maximize profitability.
• Ensure asset protection and accurate cash handling.
• Open/close store; count cash drawers; protect assets.
• Monitor loans and jewelry/merchandise handling.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
