Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop employees, while ensuring cash handling and asset protection practices are followed.

Commission-based incentives apply based on performance. The role supports flexible retail hours, with most stores featuring daytime schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum management/leadership experience in retail or pawn environment preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and address customer issues.
• Proven cash handling and POS system proficiency.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit and develop employees.
• Open/close store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and store performance to drive profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
