Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Texas stores. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, drives sales, leads staff, and focuses on customer satisfaction while managing assets and compliance.

The position offers hourly pay from 13 to 17 plus up to 8% commission on transactions and performance-based bonuses; benefits include health coverage, paid vacation, 401k eligibility, and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to work in multiple locations and flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor and assist in training staff to meet company standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes for value and integrity.
• Communicate clearly with employees to align with store mission.
