Job summary

HOKA stores in the Deckers Brands family are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive business results and live the Brand values. You will regularly communicate the HOKA Brand mission to your team and customers, guiding sales, service, and community engagement.

You will own daily operations, administer labor and schedules, train staff, and ensure visual standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences and protecting company assets across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Brand Vision and Mission.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate people, resources and services.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
• Set targets, train and motivate team members, and oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure operational excellence, labor planning, inventory and cash controls.
• Open/close store, secure assets, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training to deliver exceptional service and brand education.
