Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and support the Store Manager in leading a team. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage staff, and contribute to achieving financial goals.

The role includes handling cash, coordinating schedules, and promoting a customer-centric environment while ensuring asset protection and compliance. A base hourly rate plus commission is offered with a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule incl. weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store employees with Store Manager guidance.
• Promote customer-centric environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Recruit top talent and manage cash handling and POS operations.
• Open/close store, count cash, protect assets, and follow procedures.
• Monitor assets, inventory, and store merchandising to meet goals.
