Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and promote a customer‑centric environment. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop talent while driving sales and protecting assets.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity and a store performance bonus. Flexible retail hours, with most locations open 9AM–6PM, and some Sundays closed, are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience as Assistant Store Manager.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Willing and able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle cash handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Recruit and develop store employees and lead daily operations.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans and inventory; ensure store standards and profitability.
