Job summary

FirstCash in Lehigh Acres, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months in management or 3rd key experience. The role partners with the Store Manager to lead, develop staff, recruit, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced jewelry and general merchandise store.

You will oversee daily operations, manage loans and inventory, and help achieve financial goals while earning hourly wages plus commission based on productivity and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring procedures protect assets.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control and loan management.
• Administer processes within the store, including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Evaluate the store's financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Monitor lending qualifications and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of loans issued.
