Qualifications

• Minimum six months management/3rd key experience.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent; supervise staff.
• Open/close the store, manage cash, and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising and reporting.
• Drive profitability and ensure adherence to standards.
