FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houma, LA. The role supports the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching staff, and driving store profitability through customer satisfaction and efficient asset protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience
• Ability to recruit and develop store staff
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager
• Drive profitability by achieving financial goals and managing customer relations
• Ensure asset protection, inventory control and proper cash handling
• Train Pawnbrokers and staff to FirstCash standards
• Open/close store and supervise POS transactions
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives clearly
