You will partner with the Store Manager, oversee staff development, handle merchandising, and drive store metrics. The role offers commission potential and bonus opportunities, with a flexible retail schedule and earned wage access after day 2.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support attainment of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
