You'll lead a customer-centric team, manage cash and POS systems, and ensure asset protection while delivering excellent service across all shifts. The role requires at least six months in management and a willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager.
• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Recruit and retain top talent; train Pawnbrokers and staff.
• Open and close the store; manage cash drawers and assets."
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control; adhere to safety procedures.
• Drive profitability by monitoring financial statements and setting goals.
• Communicate objectives clearly to employees and maintain product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
