Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Manage store operations and reporting.
