FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff development. The role combines customer-focused selling with leadership in a fast-paced pawn environment.

You will help drive sales, supervise team members, and manage tasks such as cash handling, inventory, and store presentation. A flexible retail schedule is required, with 40+ hours weekly and a commission plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to manage store operations and promote customer satisfaction.
• Proven supervisory experience or 6+ months in a management role.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Recruit, develop, and retain store staff and ensure strong customer relations.
• Analyze store financial statements to drive profitability and meet goals.
• Monitor asset protection and adhere to compliance and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, and loan processes.
