Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Louisiana, with at least six months of management or 3rd key experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop staff, recruit, retain talent, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role involves analyzing store financials, asset protection, and promoting the business. You will also manage daily operations, product knowledge, and ensure compliance with FirstCash standards, with base pay plus commission bonuses

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally.
• Monitor and assist in the training of pawnbrokers.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates.
• Open and close the store and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and procedures.
• Administer store processes including inventory, loans, and merchandising.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Communicate clearly with employees to align with profit objectives.
