FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Baton Rouge location. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and develop staff.

The role rewards performance with commission and bonuses, plus a broad benefits package. The position requires at least 6 months of management or 3rd key experience, a flexible retail schedule, and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supervising others preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Comfort with firearms and ability to obtain certification.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Promote a positive, productive environment and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and retain top talent; lead and develop store staff.
• Analyze store financials to meet goals and drive profitability.
• Ensure asset protection and compliance with procedures.
• Manage loan/buying processes and store merchandising.
