FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Monroe, LA to join our team. The role combines accountable store leadership with a base hourly rate and commission.

You will partner with the Store Manager to develop staff, drive performance, and deliver strong customer relations in a fast-paced environment. Earned wage access and robust benefits accompany a schedule that favors daytime hours and Sunday closures in many locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must work 40+ hours per week with a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Able to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 and High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Recruit and retain top talent; supervise Pawnbrokers and staff development.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers, and protect store assets.
• Ensure accurate loan processing, inventory control, and merchandise presentation.
• Drive profitability through financial statements review and goal setting.
• Maintain compliance with FirstCash standards and asset protection procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
