• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to supervise others and work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Comfort with a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and staff development.
• Lead customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Open/close store, manage cash, and protect assets.
