FirstCash is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a fast-paced pawn and jewelry environment. The role blends operational leadership with sales incentives, offering $13.00 to $17.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses based on store performance.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ months in management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule. We provide comprehensive benefits, Earned Wage Access, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising others is preferred.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Assist in achieving financial goals and maintaining asset protection.
• Open/close the store, manage cash and inventory, and ensure store standards are met.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
